Code of Conduct

Integrity, transparency and trust, form the core beliefs of all activities at Edelweiss which have also been the continuing basis of its growth and all-round development. This Code of Conduct or the Code defines what the Company expects from its business and personnel regardless of their location or their background. This Code is applicable and binding on all Members of the Senior Management Team.

Whistle Blower Policy

Edelweiss has formulated this policy for employees, to enable them to report to the management any concerns about unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the company’s code of conduct and other irregularities pertaining to Edelweiss. This policy also provides adequate safeguards against victimization of employees who avail of the mechanism. Any employee in any of the entities of the Edelweiss Group may report any perceived wrong doing or irregularity or improper practices through the designated portal www.cwiportal.com.

This policy applies to all CSR initiatives and activities taken up by the company for the benefit of society. CSR programs may be undertaken by Edelweiss Financial Services Limited or EdelGive Foundation, a subsidiary, as decided by CSR Committee and the Board of Directors of the company..

Related party Transactions Policy

This policy governs the transactions with the Related Parties keeping in view the potential of actual conflict of interest which may arise upon the transactions entered into by the company with the Related Parties and whether such transactions are consistent with the interest of the company and its members. The policy is framed in accordance with the provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

Policy for Preservation of Documents

SEBI has issued and notified "SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, (the Regulations) on 2nd September. The Regulation requires the Board of Directors to frame a Policy for Preservation of documents classifying them into 2 categories: i) documents whose preservation shall be permanent and ii) documents to be preserved for not less than 8 years. This policy is applicable to all documents maintained in physical and electronic mode by the company.
